I placed an order with Bicycle Booth from one of their special deals. The order took longer than expected to arrive but the company did communicate well through the process. After arrival, one of the customizations didn't come with the jersey. I notified them and they replaced the jersey at no charge. The quality is very good and I love the designs.

I have ordered numerous items from Bicycle Booth. The quality is very good for the price. They are made to order in China and shipped which does take some time, but patience is worth it. The fit was off on a few items from my first order, and customer service is VERY fast at responding and courteous. Use the fit guide and ask questions, and they will guide you through. Going in if you know that the lead time for shipping takes a while you wont be disappointed.

After a questionable start, long awaited delivery & poor communication, Bicycle booth have upped their game and made the superior customer experience a priority. communication and refund requests have improved 110%. I am now a satisfied customer, jersey print and quality are very comparable to high end products, but at a fraction of the cost. thanks guys for stepping up . I will order my 2021 collection soon

Delivered in time as promised. It wasn't as quick as I would've wanted, but no surprises. I gave 4 stars just because the tracking system leaves a lot to be desired. The jerseys and bibs were fantastic! Materials for the jerseys were really nice. The summer jersey is nice and substantial, and not as flimsy as some of my other, more expensive jerseys. Print was really nice, bold and pops! And workmanship was very good. I got the comics set of jersey and bib, and they're just perfect. The thermal jersey is really nice and warm and material is quite soft. Nice workmanship and feels great!
