Their sizes are cut small in my opinion, I ordered a women’s medium and it was very very tight around the elastic waist. I could not keep it so I asked to return or exchange. they managed the transaction for me although I had to spend a little more. I will wait and see if the next size is best. They kept me in the loop and up-to-date which I appreciate it

As a pro cyclist who spends most of my day in the saddle. I need to be comfortable and look great doing it! Bicyle booth, lives up to what they advertise! They're very professional and always on the cutting edge of cycling fashion with new designs. Their cycling kits are great and wear well over time. Dealing with them by email or over the phone was easy and they replied within the time they say. I had to make a return twice and there was no problem with them revising the charge or sending out a other kit right away!! Kudos Bicyle Booth Nick

Ok, what a roller coaster ride this was. I ordered the three products early to have them by Christmas. After a week I noticed nothing was happening and the link I was given didn't work. I used their on line chat and within a 1/2 hour the problem was resolved and I was promised the products by Christmas. They did not arrive and the shipping tracker stopped updating. I contacted them again and they said the package was on its way, issues with shipping. Finally the tracker was updated and I received my products the second week of January. Now the product review, Amazing! the jersey fit well has good material. The thermal pants fit well and are warm. I wore them at -5C and was comfortable. The bib shorts look amazing and once summer comes will be a talking point with my riding buddies. Will buy more from them and hopefully the shipping issues will be resolved.
