Due to COVID-19 it took a really long time (9 weeks) before I received my order. But during this time BicycleBooth informed me very well about the process. Exchanging the wrong size also went very smooth. I am very satisfied with the order and with the communication!

I love the quality of the products. Items exactly as described. Very pleased. Customer service is amazing and was eager to help with a replacement item that was too large for me. I would have given 5 stars it just takes a long time to receive items.

Ordered a custom design jersey. I had a design in mind so did a drawing and attached the relevant eps files. We did have a few hiccups getting the layout sorted but after some emails and some explanation on my part the design came together. The manufacturing and post was very quick. Super impressed with the Jersey, the colours, fabric and size are just what I was after. Will now be looking at sorting out a custom thermal Jersey.
