Stands behind their products AND customer!!
What a great company that stands behind their products AND customers! I had to communicate a few items regarding my order with them, and they were SWIFT to resolve our issues. They even had me keep the original order and sent the corrected version. Absolutely top notch! Customer satisfaction from me! Kudos to BB!! LOOKING FORWARD to MANY more transactions!

They have amazing customer service
They have amazing customer service, I had a package that was lost and they helped me track it down until I got it. The quality of care they gave me with timely email responses to my concerns was outstanding.

First time shopper and won’t be the last!
First time using this site and I ordered a thermal riding kit. Was a little disappointed when it arrived because the color in person did not look like the color on the site. After contacting them, they were very professional and worked in an expedient fashion to make an exchange to something of my liking. I applaud Bicycle Booth for their customer service which these days seems to be a lost art. Thank you thank you thank you.

Happy repeat customer
I have ordered several items from BB and have had a very pleasant experience. It does take a long time to get your products from China, too long, but the quality and the prices are so good that it is worth it. I will continue to place orders with them in the future. Go ahead and order with confidence, just plan ahead!

Happy customer 5 star service
I ordered a cycling kit bib and top which is in amazing colours and i love. The parcel was delivered to my house but i missed the timeframe to collect it at my local post office. The helpful people at Bycicle booth re sent the parcel at no further cost. It all arrived safe and sound and i look awesome in my new kit. Top marks Bycicle Booth!
