Bicycle BoothReviews of bicyclebooth.com

Excellent buying experience! I received regular updates on the status of my custom order, shipping was much quicker than I anticipated and the quality of my jersey was outstanding. The fit is true to size, pockets are generous, the custom printing was perfect. I will definitely buy from BB again.

I am horrible at online shopping especially when it comes to getting clothes that fit! I now have a growing collection of cycling wear from Bicycle Booth. It took a couple tries to find the right size for tights (my body shape not the size chart at fault) and Miguel was supportive and prompt with email replies and made sure I was taken care of and happy!

First purchase of a bicycle jersey from this company. They communicated well. The only downside was the length of time it took to get the jersey. The item came as expected, was well-made and is of great quality. I am a regular size medium/large, the jersey is an XL. Great fit! Super fun design also

2nd purchase of gear from this site - first set arrived quckly and was excellent quality and value for money. 2nd attempt at a purchase and the early black friday deal didn't work correctly so after some quick diagnostic work with the Live Support team to make sure it wasn't operator error I was given a custom code to make sure I got the deal for the right price. Excellent work from the Live support team and I'm looking forward to some more great gear arriving soon.

Great customer service. Had an issue with the rewards points program and was fixed quickly and efficiently within an hour.

A pleasant experience despite a small hiccup. Customer service was quick to rectify the situation in a very friendly and professional manner.

First time buyer - I had a great experience. Constant communication through delivery and follow-up. The jersey I bought fit well by following their sizing recommendations. Quality is good - straight seams, zipper works, gripper edge holds well enough for my "club fit" preference. My only wish is that the rear pockets were a bit lower to make reaching into them while in the saddle a bit easier.

The customer service this company has is outstanding! The products I ordered were much smaller than I anticipated due to them being Asian sizes. The original product was great quality, just a little small. I reached out to the customer service team and can honestly say, have never had better service than I have had with BB! Thank you so much for all your help! I'm looking forward to getting my items. Will definitely be ordering from them soon!
