As a recreational cyclist, I had a great experience ordering from BB. To be honest, I was skeptical about placing an order. But I am so happy that I did. Communication was great, the items arrived better than I was expecting and the sizing chart was spot on. I even ordered a custom piece for my partner for Christmas and the design staff got it perfect on the first try. You will have to wait for delivery, but that is the world we live in. Not everything works like Amazon Prime. But if you watch your pennies and like a bargain, just be patient and you love your new cycling gear.

Great quality and wide range of sizes. No matter if you are a beginners or pro, there’s definitely something for you. I am also happy with the customer service and the way they update the progress of our purchase. Would recommend all of you to check them out :)

The bib shorts and jersey are well constructed and comfortable, and customer service is excellent. The jersey was a bit tight, but doable. Janine was prompt and thorough in answering questions. I ordered according to size charts and found the bib shorts a perfect fit, but the thermal jersey was a bit tight, especially with a base layer. I understand that the jersey is intended to fit tight, but if you want to add a long sleeve base layer, I’d recommend ordering up a size.

Love the graphics, love the pockets. Fits a little snug, so I would suggest ordering a size up if you're on the border. Great quality. I would definitely order from BB again.

We love our jerseys. Can't get enough of them. We wish we had purchased in the spring so we could have worn them more! We had to return one due to size issues. There was no problem with returning and the communication was quick and professional.
