beginning of May I ordered a shirt. After many mails to BB and checking the Track&Trace Information I received the product last week (July 28) The shirt is okay. The material quality is good, the fit is not the best. The sleeve is lousy.The communication of the company is VERY BAD. How can I communicate with them if something is wrong or if I have to return. It is a low price for a reasonable product, but all in all I will not order again. I do not recommend Bicycle Booth

Still not received my purchase. I had an email on the 19th July saying my parcel had been dispatched but when I tried to track the delivery the number given was not recognised. No response to any of my emails, beginning to wonder if it is a genuine company or a scam. Very disappointed.

This is the worst company ever. I ordered 6 weeks ago. Tried calling them only to get an answering machine (Several times) with no message option. Didn't respond to emails. Finally Messenger worked and after several days they responded but were of no assistance. It's now been 6 weeks and I still don't have updated tracking. I've requested a refund or overnight shipping and they don't respond to the requests other to say they are "sorry." Anyone know how I can legally take action since they are in Canada?

Ordered 45 days ago and the shipping information provided just shows “shipping information received” clearly my order hasn’t left the factory and Customer service took 2 weeks to get back to me and provide the exact same tracking information with zero actual personalized support. I highly doubt I will ever actually receive this order.

Awful company, I haven’t received my order despite it allegedly shipping 3 weeks back, customer service is terrible- refusing to issue refund until 60 days after the shipping date, even though they have confirmed the tracking number didn’t show anything . Looking at other customer Facebook posts it’s clear that many customers are having problems.

They did not ship my product for over 30 days, yet lied to me and told me they did. I was constantly checking the tracking number. They told me it was stuck in customs in my home country when it hadn't even left their factory. Completely unethical. Will never order from them again.

Het duurt te lang. Op 6 juni een order geplaatst voor een shirt, en tot op heden staat er bij de tracking al vanaf 14-06: "Shipment information received". Er veranderd verder niets. Wel krijg je een mooie berg reclame binnen. Niet doen dus.
