Ordered a jersey on June 29th. It arrived on August 11th, 44 days later. Even accounting for Covid-19 that is too long a wait. Customer service was useless for first 4 weeks. I received tracking number on July 1st. There was not change until about a week ago, when all of a sudden tracking showed that the jersey had arrived at an airport in China. I haven't tried it on yet, but it looks good. Review would have been 0 stars but raised it to 1 star as item was received.

Placed the order end of June and still has not arrived! I got this site as click bait from Face Book, what a mistake.

Same bad experience as everyone else. SLOW delivery, awful tracking system, and non existent customer service. My order arrived 6 weeks after ordering it, quality o. k but not worth the hassle Avoid

For the start, it looked like a real deal, but in reality - it looks like a scam! I make an order on the Bicycle Booth in the first days of July (now is almost a middle of the August) and I didn't get jersey yet. Worst - I try to contact the helpline of this website - got automated (past & copy) respond that delay happened because of Covid19!!! Than tracking link that they send is fake - non-working! phone number non-working to! Still getting past and copy responds on any requests that I sent to them... Guys - don't make my mistake - do not buy on this website!

Not even a 1 star in my opinion. Im pretty sure its a scam. I ordered july 5th. Its now august 6th and the tracking number i have claims there is an issue in arriving to the US. I never would have ordered if i had known they werent local in US. None of their about us says they are from china. They need to be reported. They claim they make their items customized. Nothing about my order needed customization. I do not Recommended ordering from them!!!

China clown joke... ordered over a month ago. Keep getting referred to “yuntrack” For updates. Should have done my research first! Yuntrack is probably a dude on a scooter with 17 bags of rice somewhere in mainland China and I’ll be a grandfather before I ever see my jersey.

Bicycle Booth is a scam. I was told my order had shipped but they were unable to provide a shipping/tracking number. After one month they just stopped responding to emails. Avoid.

Everything looked promising until I got the email that told me my order was shipped. 30 days later still nothing. Just as stated by others cut and paste replies. No definite answers from anyone. I almost think they send plants to their FB page. Fool me once....
