If I could give it zero stars, I would. I wish I had seen these reviews BEFORE I ordered. My story is the same as all of the others on here. RUN, don't walk, away from this website. Terrible customer service, and then they send emails asking for a review. Well, they got one! I have not received the jersey and it has been over 2 months. I have ordered and received other items from China in the meantime, so no COVID excuse. Just.say.NO Update- the package arrived soon after I wrote the above review. It is the same thin fabric of the others I've ordered for myself from China, but I knew to expect those in 6-8 weeks and they weren't a gift. I'm a casual cyclist, so for me it was fine. This was a gift for my husband, a not so casual cyclist. He said the zipper is Asian and same thin material but at a considersably higher price. Just as I thought. Overpriced. Go to Aliexpress dot com instead of here.

It has been over a month since I ordered and paid for two jerseys. Almost a hundred dollars, the jerseys have not arrived and there is no tracking information. They keep bouncing me from website to website. DO NOT WASTE your money

Do not even try it! It is a rip off! The worst online shopping experience, avoid it.

Terrible customer service. They quickly take your money then nothing. No response via e mail or phone message. Take your business elsewhere.

I wish I had looked at trust pilot BEFORE placing my order with this company. My experience was similar to all the other complaints. Merchandise was supposedly shipped but no additional tracking info more than 1 month later. Email only for communication with this business. No response other than an auto reply. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I finally received the order approximately 10 days later. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM BICYCLE BOOTH

I'M CONTACTING MY BANK FOR A REFUND! TO KEEP YOU FROM HAVING TO GO THRU THIS, I SUGGEST YOU NOT, NEVER AT ANYTIME SEND THEM YOUR MONEY! DO NOT DO IT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I orderd a jersey and bibs from them but then I discovered it was coming from China, so the next day I tried to cancel the order because I didn't want to wait a month. They would not respond, I called and emailed but no reply. Then I get a shipping email with tracking #, I immediately contacted them asking why they did not cancel the order. Now they reply saying orders can't be canceled once in production but once I received the order they would happily return it. A month and a half later I receive the order and immediately submit to them a request for return, they say that they must give a return authorization on their site, now its a been a week and no response from them. Fortunately I used PayPal so I'm protected but man what a hassle. Never again that's for sure.

After ordering I was convinced this was a scam, it took a PayPal claim and 35 days for them to ship the item (well outside of their timescales and Bicycle Booth lied to me, stating the items were shipped after 5 days). When the items arrived I could not have been more disappointed, the quality is very poor. All three jerseys are much bigger than advertised and don't fit, the panels are not stitched straight so the whole jersey fits terribly around neck and shoulders, the zips are not straight, and one shirt has a big stitching defect under an arm. Overall a terrible purchase and I am currently waiting the outcome of a PayPal claim.
