I ordered my jersey and received it in a descent amount of time. I received several updates letting me know the status of the order. It did take about 2-3 weeks but I didn’t spend the extra money on expedited shipping and with Covid it was within reason. The jersey itself feels good and is good quality. They do run a little small so keep that in mind. Also I was looking for a specific item that I could not find on their website. I emailed them and received a prompt reply. All and all a pleasant experience and I will order from them again.

I've made multiple orders with BB and am very satisfied. The quality of the gear is first rate. When I placed a fairly large order and qualified for a pair of free sports glasses, I expected a cheap pair of sunglasses. I received a first-class pair of sports glasses with several spare lenses. Great stuff. The shirts I bought were all very good to great. I like 'em.

I had placed n order in October. I immediately realized I had ordered the wrong size and emailed to correct. Christopher helped me to correct. One of the items was shipped with the updated size, while the second one was not. I again contacted Christopher, who, once I sent a pic of the wrong size item , said a replacement would be sent, which indeed it was. I had readseveral very bad reviews, however my experience has been extremely positive, with the quality actually being much better than my expectations. I will not hesitate to placeanother order and definitely compliment the company on their customer service. Marilyn

Excellent. In the end, Bicycle Booth came through! I discussed dealing with a missing item right away but back and forth emails along with life in 2020 took me way beyond the 30 day return policy. Bicycle booth still refunded me for the item they didn’t send me which I am grateful for and Miguel was very friendly on customer service side. This is a good company
