Purchased from bicyclebooth a pair of sunglasses 6 weeks ago. Their website indicated that it could take up to 16 days. What it does not say is that they are a storefront and shipping is done from China and they have no control of that - they have provided a link to track that gives no useful information about when the item is expected to arrive. Since this was meant to be a gift, I ended up purchasing another pair of glasses. I regret purchasing from this company - that is on me for not checking the reviews - but I am glad I have not used any of the several offers they have been sending since. Below is what they said last: As stated on my previous email, your item is already shipped out and in transit to your country. Your request to cancel the order is no longer possible at this moment. We will closely monitor your order and give you updates from time to time. Here is an update for your order.

This was hands down the WORST customer service I have EVER received. It took 59 days for my package to arrive and they conveniently issue a refund after 60. They could not provide ANY updates to me throughout the process and were completely worthless.

TOTAL SCAM. Your order won’t show up. Tracking links don’t work. Emails and calls will get zero response. SCAM!!!

I placed an order, realized there was a mistake emailed them immediately and nobody ever responded. It took 2 months to get my stuff and they blame it on COVID. Why are they the only company I'm buying things from were the COVID delay is 2 months? A few days, maybe a few weeks, OK but 2 freaking months? And then the gear showed up and the sizing is WAY, WAY off. Customer service response times suck. This company is really terrible.

4 out of 5 items were wrong and i did not get what i payed for (zipped pocket). The printing is bad and customers service doesn't exist at all. They remove all comments on Facebook and now they have "muted/banned" either only me or everyone to write.

Ordered a bib on July 9th and never had a tracking number it's been almost a month and a half it is August 18th finally receive my bibs and sent wrong size nothing but trouble with this company .

Not sure what this company is thinking. I ordered a jersey 2 months ago. I received one email 2 weeks after the order indicating it was on the way. No tracking number was provided or estimated time of delivery. They provided a link to a tracking sight that could be used to track number people for a fee. Very strange. I emailed them twice as there phone service is not taking calls at this time or any time over the last 1.5 months. Its simple BB. Refund our money or deliver the merchandise. I will never attempt to order from this company again.

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are by far the worst company I have ever bought from, all glitzy web site and no substance. I waited over 60 days for my goods to arrive, they are the wrong size and I want to exchange but their customer service team are ignoring my emails. Stay well clear and go to a reputable cycling brand.
