From Tim E I submitted a review a few days ago with the title 'What is this company thinking' Since then I received several emails from BB with useful information in terms of detail tracking information, followup on satisfaction all the way through to a delivery date. Today I received the Jersey I ordered. Lets hope BB is back on track and understands the importance of service and communication. I may give them a 2nd chance if I see positive reviews for at least 6 months.

Tracking number is from China. ? Nothing has updated since 8/5. They blame covid for the delay and high customer purchases. Hmm? I order online a lot!!! And have always got my stuff on time with up to date tracking info. I've emailed bicycle booth and all I get back is, sorry for the delay....due to high customer emails....and covid......blah blah! Hope I get my order soon and will never order again from this company.
