Prescription sunglasses are very expensive, so I was thrilled when I discovered Bicycle Booth's T50 sunglasses with an rx insert. These are great glasses with interchangeable lens that work in every possible situation. My problem is with the rx insert. Over time, they crack. I don't know why replacements aren't available, but last year, I had to buy a whole new set of sunglasses just to get the insert. Now my insert has broken again. I've superglued it twice. Hope it holds up. Please Bicycle Booth, get your supplier to provide replacement rx inserts. They break. Prescriptions change. These great glasses deserve better. So do your customers.

The issue I had with this order was simply that the garment I ordered and paid for is not the one I received. Bottom line - if you offer to customise a garment and charge for it, you should give your customers what they paid for.

I loved the designs of the jerseys and ordered two along with some bibs. With the purchase, I got a free pair of sunglasses with my order. About a week and a half later, all my clothes showed up…no glasses. The website says the phones are manned 24/7…Nope. I called, got voicemail, and left a message. Then I sent an email about the problem. My feature email said I could call between 9am and 5pm eastern time. I originally called at 945. Then I saw there was online chat…I was informed that my chat would be responded to in a few minutes. Nope. I just tried calling again…110pm eastern, I still get voicemail. VERY disappointed in customer service

While the overall product isn’t bad looking, material is not that breathable, price is kind of high and shipping time is Horrendous

I saw an ad, I liked the gradient jersey designs, so I ordered. It took a loooonnng time to show up, which I can live with. However, the product is not impressive. It doesn't look like the ad: the panels line up haphazardly, screwing up the gradient effect in the product photo. The sizing is way large. It's probably wearable after alteration, but I won't be buying their stuff again; it's definitely not worth what they charge.

The product is great, after you wait 6 weeks to get it. Then, if you need to make an exchange, you will only be covered for $10 for shipping, which then takes 4 weeks to get it back to them. Again, you need to wait another 6 weeks to receive your exchange. I bought long pant cycling bibs for the cooler weather. Didn’t need them anymore, it is already late spring. Oh yeah, when I did receive the exchange, the wrong cycling bottoms arrived. Now, they need to replace them. I am still waiting. I started this order of a jersey and long bib pants back in October/November of 2020 and still have not received my order completed and correct. Again, nice product and if you don’t need to make an exchange and you are willing to wait 6 weeks for your order, really cool stuff. The customer service team are very nice and polite, but in an age where many companies (Amazon, Apple, Zappos, Gap, Pearl Izumi, etc) delivery is quick and efficient, they need to step up their game. Maybe a little less focus on ads and focus on customer service and they could really have a fun and decent quality cycling appeal.

The look and quality of the jacket is good, but can't be worn because of the size. It is way too small. Better disclosures need to be to help consumers select the right size. Very disappointing. Post update: Customer service was VERY helpful and they gave me 2 options. 1) return the item for a refund, or 2) keep the item and re-order the same item but for a larger size and offered a 70% discount. I decided on option 2. I'll update this post when the item arrives!

Update: after having posted the following review, bicycle booth reached back out to me to send a replacement jersey. I doubt it would have happened if I hadn't posted this, but it's at least something. Updated review to two stars instead of one. BB sent a defective item that was sewn improperly to me. At the time I was moving, and asked them to send the replacement to a different address. They asked for the address and after giving them it, they "accidentally" sent it to the old one. They said I had to wait until the package got to the other address (which is overseas). I waited. The package was sent to the old address and forwarded to a temporary holding address back in my country. Now, they are refusing to send me a new package even though the original defective item and the replacement they sent to the wrong address was their fault. And they said are "taking a break" and will be back Feb 20 (a month from now). Choose another company. The quality of the jerseys (without accounting for the defective measurements) is not great and does not look like their website pics.
