Way too small and they want to make a return prohibitive, which is out of the country. The cuff area is so tight it hurts my wrist on the long sleeved jersey. My measurements are a small, I bought a large, and I can barely zip it. They want me to send pictures to prove the sizing is off. But I thought the sizing was MY measurements, not to size of the garment. I'm not buying a leotard.

Shipping takes forever. The quality is sub standard- hence the price. You would not be happy with the cycling kits unless you are not looking for quality and durability. I’d rather send money in a good quality product like MAAP, cafe du cycliste, rapha! Customer service ( or lack of) is poor.

I'm so sorry I saddened you. But, it's a small price to pay for the frustration of dealing with your company. Another week of waiting for a return label and another week with zero response from you. On the plus side, you've converted a relatively quiet internet buyer of goods into an angry reviewer writing snarky posts - so there's that Update: it took several harsh poor reviews on social media but Bicycle Booth made good and decided to credit the purchase. Credit to them for doing the right thing but caution to review readers regarding the lengths that I needed to go to in order to facilitate the correct action

Received jersey & was disappointed. Unfinished edges, awkward seam locations, cheap materials and it took almost a month to get here. I followed the instructions on the packing slip verbatim, & paid for return shipping & insurance. After 3 weeks and they said they never rec'd the merchandise, and that I sent it to the wrong address. This company not only sells poor quality goods, they will not give you a refund even if you follow the returns instructions exactly. I thought I'd try them because their jersey was $10 less than the Pearl Izumi counterpart. MISTAKE! Pearl Izumi's quality is far beyond BB's and worth the incremental cost difference imo.

I would rate with minus sign or zero. I was in contact with them for 3 weeks about my order. They were not aware about the shipping status, shipping date and delivery date. Order was placed in the mid of January for Valentines present for my husband. They didn’t even apologized. Worst company ever.
