I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. Ordered three pairs cycling glasses. Rec’d 2 but it took two months. When I inquire about the missing third pair, cs(if you can call it that) says I must file a claim with my post office before they can do anything. My post office says I cannot because the issue is not delivery—they did not ship one pair. The glasses I rec’d are tremendously poor quality. Do NOT order from this company!

Item took 2 months to show up. No email updates on progress, but tons of promotional emails to buy more stuff. Quality of product was disappointing (expensive for the quality). I don't relish leaving a negative review, but I can not recommend .

I bought photochromic professional cycling glasses. They were extremely poor quality, and a very large and protruberant temples (ear pieces) which make use with a helmet very uncomfortable. Then the cheap plastic frames broke when attempting a lense change. No returns allowed unless they make a mistake. Take your business elsewhere to a company with good quality and a good returns policy. Update; per the auto reply, customer service never did contact me. I contacted them again and they did not respond.

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. They refuse to process a refund for my order, even though they are clearly at fault. In short, this company will take your money and will do everything in their power to keep it - even if you do not receive your items. The best they will offer is a gift card - which i have not received yet. Over the past 11months, the following events occurred. Follow along on the email chain i have uploaded to IMGUR titled "Bicycle Booth order 44265" (this review site will not allow me to upload links or images) Jun 2020: I order 3 items Nov 2020: I receive 3 items, 2 do not fit. I initiate the exchange process and ship my items back to canada. Dec 2020: After a few confusing email threads, the digital side of the exchange process begins (email chain starts) Jan 2021: Bicycle Booth screws up the delivery of my new sized items, refuses to accept responsibility, refuses to give me a refund. Feb 2021: Continued refusal to take action (email chain continues) Mar 2021: Continued refusal to take action (email chain continues) Apr 2021: Bicycle booth claims they cannot process a refund BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN TOO LONG OF A TIME PERIOD SINCE I REQUESTED A REFUND. So, they mess up my order, I ask for a refund, they stall for months, then claim too much time has passed to process my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchase a thermal outfit from bicycle booth. It arrived extremely late. It had a very poor fit. The stitching is very poor. I asked to be reimbursed after sending photos of the outfit to bicycle boot. And I have not received a reply. No! I do not recommend bicycle booth.

Ordered my shirt three months ago; they never monitored it and only on my note to them two days ago did they say it was lost. Then they wouldn’t give me a discount! I guess if they owned a restaurant I wouldn’t get a meal discount for a meal never arriving either! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. And all. Wanted was a small discount and then you guys could have taken three more months to create it. So sad.

Never received garmet

Totally mixed up order. Never received the xs women’s jacket but got an XL pair of men’s bike shorts instead! Have reported it 3 times to you with no reply!! UPDATE: I will adjust my review if and when the correct item arrives. Awaiting tracking info. Thank you for your reply.
