After placing my order I got the jerseys in about three weeks. I ordered size XL and have never seen such large jerseys in my life. my chest circumference is 44 inches the XL on their website said it would fit between 42-45 so I ordered an XL. The jerseys that came were 48 to 50 inches around the chest and the length was so long it went well past my hips. I would probably trip if I tried to walk in them. After emailing customer service and having to provide many photographs with measurement examples I was told that the jerseys fell within their standards and I could not get a different jersey sent to me in the right size. I was told I could get a refund and in order to get a refund everything has to be sent back in original condition with tags. I would have to pay shipping and a customs form with a tracking number. this cost me just shy of $30. I have yet to receive any refund and will never in my life purchase from this company again. Be warned. Buy something you can try on first.

Took 4 months to receive order. Material of jersey is low quality, ordered men's got a women's jersey. BB really sucks! Stay away

I gave a 5 stars rating before because the CS was so helpful. (items haven't arrived yet.) Then this chaotic thing happened, I ordered 3 items plus 1 with bonus. waited 1 month and only received 1 item. I asked about the other 2 and the CS suddenly became sooo SLOW, after waited 1 another month, they finally informed that my item was LOST. Waited more for another 5 days to get my partial refund. One of the worst online shopping experience so far. You can see and decide yourself about how majority people give rating to this shop.

I would rate Bicycle Booth a zero if that was an option. I've not received an item I ordered on August 10, 2021, today is November 4? Tried calling, emailing with no results, I am at a loss and don't know what to do. I think it's too late to contact my financial institution to dispute the changes since it's been so long ago, but I'll try. At this point, I'll try anything?

I would rate them a 0 if I could, I’ve had the worst experience with this company I paid for expedited shipping and was first told that my address was blacklisted by customs (total lie) and that it couldn’t be delivered so I needed a new delivery address! Which delayed the item by 2 weeks FYI they didn’t even refund my extra shipping fee! Next after trying to process a return they completely ghosted me after my item was delivered! I called 3x a day for a week and was sent to voice mail every time I even emailed them to no avail! Worst company ever BUYER BEWARE

As a beginner cyclist i wouldnt expect i would ba ripped off immediately on my first purchase. paid a hefty amount believing in this brand only to find out the goods came from China & the items cost only 1/10 of the prices on their website. huge disappointed! refund is impossible, cos why would they? #BBforBadBibs Negative reviews are never posted by admin in their ecommerce site

Their return policy sucks. I had to return one of the kits I purchased. They don’t cover shipping on returns and they’re based in Canada so it’s international shipping and my shipping cost was $29. USPS tracking says they received my return a week ago, but I can’t get anyone their to confirm and I’ve tried calling and emailing. It’s like they don’t use computers there. I was also entitled to a freebie package that was supposed to come with the order. I called and they finally sent it 2 weeks ago, but the email confirmation has no tracking number and I still haven’t received it. I shouldn’t have to chase them down to process my return and refund my $.

I ordered sun glasses. They are extremely/ cheaply made (they were shipped from China”. The lenses are foggy when you look through them, the extra lenses that came with them didn’t fit the frames. If you read their return policy, you have to pay for your own shipping. You have to email pictures of what’s wrong with the item (which I would expect). This is definitely the “ You get what you pay for” scenario. I don’t have the time nor patients to deal with the return for the $50 I paid. I will take the loss and gain more from writing this review and deterring future sales. I definitely don’t recommend buying from them. Spend the few extra dollars to get quality merchandise.
