I think an auto approval function for Netgalley ARC reviews would be a strong addition. Otherwise a very supportive organisation with good comms.

Hi, I am sorry that someone did this. We can provide a full refund for you. Please email me: [email protected] Thankfully most one star reviews on NetGalley never get seen or end up on Amazon.

BGS did what they promised. They helped me rewrite my book description, connected me to Book Galleys, spiffed up my Amazon marketing and sent many Twitter ads. The problem is my book sales hardly budged, despite excellent reviews. I guess it is a tough world.
