Finally, they did come through and have delivered on the service they promised as I was worried and stressed that I was scammed. They did explain some computer issues and the government regulations including IRS delays caused problems which they could not control. I am convinced that it was true. Hoping they will come through with the rest of the deal. I would do business with them again
