Total lack of communication
I started this process a month ago for an SBA loan and the process seemed normal at the start getting all my info into their representative but for the last several weeks there has been no communication with my rep Nick Said and when I leave a message on the business line it only takes messages, leave your number and we will call you back, never happens. Very disappointed with the lack of communication !!

As you know, unfortunately we were not able to move forward on your SBA application due to the fact that you already had two SBA Loans that were not disclosed to us during the initial application intake process. We had made you aware of this immediately and advised you that your odds of getting approved for a third SBA Loan were extremely low given the new information. We apologize for not giving you a definitive decline notice as we were still corresponding with our SBA Lenders to pursue what options remained available. We ultimately set you up with an Unsecured Line of Credit with Monthly payments so that you could continue to meet your cash flow obligations during the normal course of business.
