Bezali WatchesReviews of bezali.com

Excellent communication and delivery. Will definitely purchase from this store again!

THE RADO BOX WAS IN A NOT SO NICE CONDITION. I

February 25, 2024 was the estimated date of delivery. It is delayed somewhere unknown to me. I will be away for three weeks without the purchased item. Hopefully, the parcel will be in the mailbox when I return.

My experience was great

The Gucci Watch deployment clasp do not work. The watch is defective!! I tried to contact customer service and still have not received a response from their customer service to get the watch replaced!! I am still waiting for a response so I can have the watch replaced!!

I purchased a "Gucci" watch from Bezali.com. Almost immediately, the strap broke. Rather than sending it back to Bezali we took it to the Gucci store for repairs. Gucci informed us that the watch is a counterfeit. I contacted customer support. There was no apology for my experience. The person I spoke with told me to email a different address. So far this is the worst purchasing experience I have ever had.

Buena Calidad!!

I waited a while but I finally got the watch and I like it Thanks Princess O
