The Integrity of he company to get it right

Item was as described. Citizen Nighthawk Eco drive watch. Have charged the watch daily under direct sunlight for 1 week now and it still does not run. Have read that it may take up to 2 weeks for it to fully charge. Probably would not have purchased this particular item, had I known about the charging issue... May end up requesting return/refund if I cannot get it to run

Watch arrived damaged....plate in back of watch dented. Happened before it was even packaged and sent to me. Requesting a replacement.

Watch was in great shape. Box was not and had no instructions, papers, or manual.

I bought two watches on two separate occasions over the course of a month or so. Both never arrived and turned out to be out of stock. Customer Service couldn't be nicer, just no success actually receiving a watch that I paid for. I received full refunds for both.

When I purchased the listed said the watches in stock. Then, I was told it was not and had to wait two weeks to source it then ship. No labels with the watch so I'm concerned about authenticity.

Delivery time is very extensive, the product I’m still somewhat unsure about feels and looks authentic but I’m not certain of the longevity of the product.

The shipping drove me crazy… I wish I had understood in the beginning how it was going to be shipped and requires a signature. We love the watch, and are pleased in that aspect!
