The polish was fine. The customer service was so frustrating! I accidentally shipped my 3rd order to the wrong address. They never answered the phone. Didn’t respond to emails. When I chatted with them, they were dismissive and just told me to wait until the package was returned to them and they would contact me. 3 days after they received it, I contacted them. They said they’d resend it. The mistake was mine but the customer service was so bad, I’ll never order from them again

I recently purchased dip powders and a top coat, base coat, and activator. The activator arrived broken and soaked all my package. I inquired about a new bottle or coverage to get a new one. They gave me a credit but for the cost of the bottle only and not for the shipping mentioning I did not purchase the shipping insurance. When I asked, they again stated the shipping insurance that I did not purchase and because of that this one time would not cover it. A good company would cover this and additionally make me aware of the shipping insurance for next time.

Ordering is easy. Returns and exchanges are not. Forget about sending an email for assistance. They will just ignore you.

Why are u charging so much for shipping? 11 bucks for something that maybe costs 4. Ridiculous.

I tried one of the two polishes I ordered a couple of weeks ago, and after it dried on my nails quickly, I could tell that the quality was not the OPI authentic polish I was expecting. The color is beautiful but my nails did not have the shine that the OPI nail enamel produces. Needless to say, I will not order from Beyond Polish again.
