BUYER BEWARE They sell knock off stuff and try to pass it as the real thing.

Hi Nat, I am sorry that you were not happy with your order! The DND polish that you ordered uses different bottles for the Mood Change polish that you ordered. We work closely with the DND team and can assure you that all of our products are genuine.

BEWARE ... shady business practices ahead... these people are scam artist and hide behind the “ family business” moto... they said they were refunding me for sub standard polish not only argued with me about it, then went as far as to say they refunded me but low and behold they refunded the wrong account?!? And I’m just stuck with that. Lol. These people suck and have the nerve to charge for shipping BOTH WAYS you might as well use your amazon prime. It’s the same quality. STEER CLEAR

Hi Brooke, I am sorry to hear that you had this experience! We are a family business and definitely do not hide behind this, we strive to provide quality customer service. After reviewing your situation, our customer service member maintained professionalism and did not argue with you. He tried to work with you to resolve your problem and even offered to cover shipping for your return. As for your refund, we can only refund to the original account that was used for payment. It's impossible for us to refund to any other account since there was no other information collected . I apologize that there was any miscommunication!

I ordered shellac base and top coat from beyond polish. It takes 15 days to arrive as the tracking record says your package will arrive in 8 days. After an email and a lot of phone calls, the guy from beyond polish said he or the shipping agent didn’t know where the package is and hopping will arrive within 48 hours if not we will ship you again. What makes me disappointed was I ordered the item because it was urgent but, beyond polish didn’t understand or doesn’t care about my time. It was my first time ordering and will never go back to them again!!!

Only 1/2 of my order arrived and 3 emails to resolve the deficiency all were ignored. Very unprofessional and unacceptable experience with BeyonePolish.com
