This is the bag that each student I encounter wants one or two of(we have 2). I love the designs which are bold and daring and wild. I also love the quality which is durable and allows for the load kids must carry without falling apart with the pressure. This label is the only one where my 11 year old and i agree on. Great product! Great company!

My 1st time experience ordering from Beyond Hype was great. I place my order the 1st time and later on the evening I realized I ordered the wrong item, So I emailed them immediately and asked if they can send me the right one that I wanted to order and they did so. The best part about it was I still receive my package within the timeframe that they originally said. I will hands down be ordering from them again in the near future. Thank you.

I’ve been along time customer for terse and I appreciate their pricing of their products . If I ever have a problem the response is fast as well . I greatly appreciate ithe free shipping because I’m a college student and I am an advid shopper here because they value their customers and their products period.

I have been a long time customer & I need to say how excellent they are. They have the best prices, selection, & they offer "Free" shipping which is huge when you make multiple purchases or even one purchase for that matter. I reached out to them to ask for a favor & I couldn't believe how quickly they got back to me & how accommodating they were. I do a lot of business with other places & they are far & away one if the best!

My son bought a bag used it once and ripped they said they would send another one never did they asked which bag did i want. I told them and said it would be sent out monday. Well Wednesday comes around and they said they made a mistake. They weren't gonna send a new one. They don't wanna answer my emails now. They dont have a phone number. Who can I call regarding this issue. There exact words werr they were gonna send one I think they were lying in the first place. I was never gonna get sent a new one 100.00 down the drain and my son cut 8 yards to save up for this bag. They even admitted they improved the material. Horrible and beyond mad.

Product never delivered. They claim they delivered and even produced a tracking form. They stated in one email they require signature to "Secure delivery of package". When asked who signed for it they stated "We offer the option of signature but don't require it". Very bad customer service. I couldn't even speak with a representative as they don't have a telephone number.
