Update on my last review, I gave them a 1star because I didn’t hear from them when I contacted them, I replied to the email I was send and got a very quick response. But still if you have a contact us and we contact you don’t we deserve an answer? I like doing business with people I can talk or correspond to if a problem arises.

Bought a bracelet 27/7/2024, didnt passed the confirmed email, with a 15 euros shipping i think that is disrespectful. Yesterday sent an email to the support and didnt get a response. Till new info, i dont recommend. !Update! Some days after this review they responded me and were impecable, although it took more time than expected to start the shipping process. And when it arrived in Portugal i had to pay more taxes.

Ich schreibe diese Bewertung um euch meine Erfahrung mit dem Laden zu erzählen. ich selber war etwas verwirt als ich die ganzen unterschiedlichen Bewertungen gelesen habe. Ich hebe meine Tasche dann trotzdem bestellt.Der Versand dauerte sehr lange aber die Tasche kam schließlich doch noch an.Die Qualität ist in rdnung aber nicht super. 11/5/19 Purchase my item on November 1st, didn't ship until today (November 5th). You are asking for a review of my experience with my order and the only thing I can comment on is the shipping experience as it took 4 days to ship out 1 item. Also according to my tracking number I was given, the earliest possible delivery wont be until November 8th. But I'm sure it will take longer as the item just shipped this evening. 11/7/19 My item did finally arrive today. It is what I ordered and was luckily delivered a day earlier than what USPS had estimated my order to arrive. With shipping being quoted 5 to 7 days, mine did arrive 6 days after purchase. A bit longer than what I would expect a small parcel to get from NE to TX, but did still arrive within the 5 to 7 days.
