Everyone at Beyond Hype is wonderful— when an issue arrived with a product, they worked hard to swiftly and easily resolve the problem. These days when customer service is often lacking and you feel like just a number, this company actually made sure I knew they appreciated my business and they couldn’t have been nicer. I will definitely be a repeat customer! They also had the backpacks that were sold out everywhere!!

I had an issue with a purchase I made with Beyond Hype. I contacted them via email and told them the situation. They responded immediately and sent me a replacement item and requested nicely that I cover the 5 dollar shipping. I was more than happy to do so since the item They were replacing was over 70 bucks!!! I will be shopping with them in the future!!!
