IMPORTANT INFO NOT LISTED ON BOTTLE OR WEBSITE..
My family has been buying and using the powdered vit-C for many years, and basically happy with the product, until I opened one of the bottles a few months ago and the contents inside were ROCK HARD. We couldn't even break it up with a chisel! I called to order about 5 more bottles of it, because of the current Corona virus outbreak, and was told the rock hard condition of the bottle I had was our fault because we didn't keep the unopened bottle in the freezer or frig. (We have always stored it in a dark cabinet close to the floor with our other supplements, where they stay cool). NO WHERE on the bottle OR on their website does it say to do this. They claim they cannot, (or will not), add this fact to the bottle or website, but that they do enclose a card with each order explaining to do this. We have never seen or received such a card. Because of the rude way we were talked to by customer service I only ordered 2 bottles instead of 5 and will be looking for another Vit-C from a different company in the future. 3-19-20 I would now like to update my review. I just received the 2 bottles I ordered. This time there was a card enclosed saying "REMEMBER, it is important to place your Vitamin C Tabs or Buffered Powder in the refrigerator or freezer AFTER YOU OPEN IT !" I called Beyond Health back asking for a replacement bottle. I used NO foul language, but I was upset. They refused to talk to me and hung up on me!!!!! If they play back our previous conversation, as most companies record phone calls, they will hear that I told them this was an UNOPENED bottle that had the rock hard contents.
