Berberine product was not fully stocked. I could not purchase the amount that I wanted.

Slow shipping and crushed supplement bottles.
Normally I am very happy with the ship time and boxing of my supplements. However, this current order placed on October 16th did not arrive until October 25. This is much longer than it usually takes so I'm wondering if shipping was through another source. Also, since the supplements were in a bag and not a box, the bottles were smashed in.

Multivitan box pressed, this is the basic thing when you ship the products to customers. I would like to have someone call me to discuss about it. Your products quality is much better I don't have any complains about Vitamin tablets, Vitamin C etc

This has been resolved. There have been a few bottles that compressed from the pressure of airplanes on our 2 day shipping. We figured this out, because the boxes weren't damaged and when the bottles were opened, they returned to form.

Website could be more user friendly
I love the living earth products and have been using them for years because Brandy, their creator who sold her business to you, is my friend. Your website is not great for searching them, however. It would be much better if it was easy to browse by product type and then see all the scents of each product instead of everything mixed up in a jumble. It is easy to miss things or not find what you’re looking for. Also, her after shave was one of our favorite products and I haven’t seen it available from you. You have eye butter but her eye cream was superior.

Not sure of the dates on the vitamins I…
Not sure of the dates on the vitamins I ordered. Looks like they are all outdated and so that's disappointing.

Good news and bad news
About a week ago, I left two phone messages indicating that I would like to place an order. I did not receive a reply to either -very disappointing. Finally, I placed an order by e mail. The good news is that the order was shipped and rec'd within a few days.
