You shipping fees are TOO HIGH

I tried the multi vitamin for a few weeks. I continually felt abdominal pain and very loud intestinal sounds immediately upon starting the vitamin. I tried to return after just a few days, but they weren't even allowing returns! I kept trying to see if it would get better, but ended up getting very sick with diarrhea, bloating, pain, and gas for over two weeks. Even more upsetting is when my skin started developing rips (looks like lots of little stretch marks) all over my breasts, belly, and thighs! I hadn't even gained weight, but it seems to somehow damaged my skin elasticity or collagen which isn't reversible now the foundation of my skin has torn. My skin and hair have never looked worse, and the few weeks on the vitamin seemed to have aged me decades with new wrinkles and gray hairs never seen before. I don't know what they put in the vitamins, but they definitely aren't helping anyone! I would never recommend trying these to anyone! They cause irreversible damage and worsening health!

I love the products but the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I paid $35 for overnight shipping and got my order six nights later and they have the nerve to tell me that’s acceptable and they will not refund any shipping. Terrible business. I could’ve got a sorry this happened let me see what I can do to help let me take a few dollars off or something but no , blatantly rude people.

I have been a long time customer of Beyond Health (and read a number of a Dr. Francis' books). I love the products. I ordered the carotene - when it arrived I noted that the expiration date was January 2018 - I received it about the beginning of the new year 2020. I called as I didn't feel comfortable with it being 2 years past the expiration date. Initially I got a person who merely told me the policy was no returns. She went on to attempt to convince me that it was no problem. This didn't sit well with me so I called again - got same individual, so asked to speak to a supervisor - This did not go well either. Not sure what changes have occurred in customer service but the word service doesn't seem to any longer be part of their mission statement. I will still order products but will first inquire as to the expiration dates.
