Beycome controls all your For Sale By Owner rights
I am using this company for the 2nd time. I sold my home with them in 2022 and it had some issues, but nothing like I have had this week in re-signing with them. Technically they suck and their customer support is horrible too. I waited 4 days to get a photographer here for $189.00 that I paid for on day 1 so my house has been listed for 5 days with 3 crummy pics I took and I am getting no interest on my home. Beycome wants to control everything and I AM THE FOR SALE BY OWNER AND I AM THE LISTER, THEY ARE ONLY THE BROKER TO SIGN OFF ON THE SALE. They are holding my pictures I paid for and they should come straight to me, for me to pick what I want to upload NOT BEYCOME. I OWN THE PICS NOT THEM!!! NOw they are controlling Showing Time the app I paid for with my sign-up that agents make appts. to see my home by calling me or texting me. Then they ciritique my home in the same app and give ME feedback. Well Beycome only has the pictures of my listing on Showing Time every time i contact Showing Time for help say "I have to call my agent" to get the listing on my phone app. Do not work with this slimy company. Sell by owner yourself and save the $288 I paid for nothing!!!

Dear Mary Laffrey, We are genuinely disheartened to learn of your dissatisfaction with our services and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly. Regarding the property photographs, your listing was initiated on March 25th, and by March 26th, we had your property listed with the photographs you provided, adhering strictly to your directives. It is unfortunate that our initial photographer experienced discomfort during his interaction with you, leading to his decision not to proceed with the photo shoot. Nevertheless, we promptly arranged for an alternative photographer, who completed the photo session on April 1st. In response to your remarks about our role in the sales process, please understand that Beycome is more than a mere intermediary for signing off on sales. Our brokerage license obligates us to adhere to your state's regulations to ensure a lawful closing process. Concerning the picture requirements, the MLS mandates that the first image in any listing must showcase the property's frontage. This is a standard industry practice aimed at providing a consistent and straightforward browsing experience for potential buyers. Regarding the ShowingApp, as the broker of record, we are responsible for its oversight. This tool is not a public utility but an added service we provide to our clients, at no additional cost to you. While real estate agents who have visited your property may offer feedback, such comments do not originate from us. Additionally, the images displayed on ShowingApp are those from your MLS listing. We encourage open communication and recommend that any further discussions regarding ShowingApp or any other concerns be directed to our team, as unauthorized contact with the application's developers may lead to misunderstandings or confusion. Lastly, while you suggest others not to engage with our company, we notice your mobile home remains listed with us. If our services are not meeting your expectations, we are open to discussing how we can improve your experience or assist you in exploring other options. We are committed to providing a transparent, efficient, and respectful service and hope to resolve any outstanding issues, we will request you to process with us, respecting the same respect and transparency. Regards.
