I ordered online and the process was very simple, the ring came quickly & was perfect. However, anytime I have called with a question the customer service staff have not seemed very knowledgeable. I have also not received a copy of the warranty that I purchased with the ring that was supposed to be emailed to me weeks ago.

I was referred to this site through my brother in law and his friend because of their great experiences and I must say, they were right. Great product and solid customer service. Only reason I didn't say great customer service is because their banner reads "25% off ALL purchases made by ___time with financing available." Only problem is once you click financing, the 25% goes away. When I called to question this and complain, the lady spoke with her boss and was able to get me 10% off and said they don't usually offer discounts on financed purchases. I told her they need to change their banner becuase it's false advertising by saying ALL purchases. Other than that, a solid experience.
