Dear Beverly Diamonds, Firstly, I would like to commend your company on its OUTSTANDING customer service. My husband and I decided to purchase a new engagement ring as my previous engagement ring did not fit with my wedding band. We placed a ring on layaway and each time we made a payment, we were treated promptly, courteously and professionally. Last week the ring was paid in full and not only was it shipped within two days, on a Friday, we actually received it Monday morning - which is beyond impressive because we live in Canada!
