There are beautiful rings on the website, but I am worried about what they look like in person. Spending that kind of money on something I have never seen in person or touched makes me a little nervous. If they look like they do on the website, then they would be beautiful.

We got a ring here and when it wasn't quite what we wanted they allowed us to exchange it for a two bands for equal value for only a $250 exchange fee (plus insured shipping) and the difference in cost left as store credit. They were very helpful on the phone and with the entire exchange process.
