Purchased a 1 carat VS1 clarity enhanced engagement ring. The diamond had very visible carbon spots and fractures. There was also a loose accent diamond. Spoke with rep at Beverly Diamonds and he reiterated the company's support of customer satisfaction and provided details on how to mail the ring to them for review and hopefully replacement. After some initial issues with delivery of the ring to Beverly Diamonds, they did receive it and upgraded the diamond to a beautiful clarity. I am happy with the end result.

For starters I have to admit that this company offers it all - from earrings down to engagement rings! Navigating their webasiteto find something I like was a breeze. The cherry on top was receiving the product just in time for my mothers birthday! She loves her ring more then me, I'm convinced! 😂 Not only did the ring look exactly like the pictures, it was also true to size with clean packaging. Only pitfall was, my mom did report one diamond missing after doing intense chores while wearing it. We both agreed the company isn't at fault for that - but it is something to be mindful of in terms of purchasing.

I am simply amazed at how beautiful this ring is. This ring fits me perfectly and so glad that I added it to my collection of jewelry. Simply beautiful and still in AWE of how great it looks. Don't think twice this is a must for anyone.
