My own experience! And it wasn't good
First review: I made this purchase on January 29, 2015, and even though on Monday Feb 2, I called and was told my ring would be shipped that same day, or the next day, it wasn't. So, I called again on Friday Feb. 6, 2015 and was told it would be Fed Ex'ed over night, and I should be getting it on Saturday Feb 7. But it wasn't. I signed the forms they emailed me, on Friday also, but today is Monday, Feb 9, 2015, and it still hasn't gotten here...so I can't tell you in this review if I'm satisfied or not, but they did send an email saying that it could only be upgraded, or exchanged, but it was my understanding on the website, that I would have 30 days, so I'll be checking into that, should I not like it, but I do no, that I do not like the service, I've received thus far...Second and updated review: Today's date is March 17, 2015. I just wanted to update this review. Here is exactly what has been going on since I posted this, I got a call from Beverly Diamond's within a few minutes of the first part of this review. The woman from there told me to delete the review! I told her I was sent an email from Trustpilot, wanting me to give them a 5 star review for a 50.00 gift card, so in my experience, that's why they've been given these 5 star reviews I've been reading about. The lady told me, that the ring was sitting on her desk, at the time of our conversation, (Hum, sitting on her desk? After I was told the ring would be shipped on Friday, and I would get it on Monday?? And she then said it will stay sitting on her desk, until I delete the one star review! Well, after making that remark, and also after seeing that once again, in my opinion, I had been lied to by this company, I told them to keep the ring, and I would be contacting my credit card company to tell them how I had just been talked to! She was screaming at me, when I hung up on her. So some man calls back and speaks to my husband, and said all kinds of negative things about the woman I spoke to, and not to listen to her, and let him go ahead and send the ring, and he was told, not once, but twice, that I didn't want the ring, period!!! So the next day, I get an email from them, saying the ring would be here on the following day, I guess that would have been on the 10th of Feb. Anyway, I refused the package, and had it sent back to them. Now here's where it gets really tricky, a week or so had passed, a lot of snow and bad weather, and we had forgotten about it all, and they used a shipping company on the east coast, from somewhere in Maryland, to sneak it in, and get a signature. My husband signed for it, and has just dealt with our credit card company, because after they had ruled in our favor, about the dispute, they ruled in their's because of his signature. The thing is, we sent the package back to them, the morning after he signed for it, but due to insuring it, we had to get a signature, so they refused it, and it was sent back to us, (NO surprise, because anyone that would talk to a client like they did me, which started all of this to begin with, would not be someone I would trust. I wasn't home to tell my husband not to sign for it, or it would still belong to them! My opinion is, this whole thing started because of the woman threatening me!!! Until then, all I was mad about was the time it took, and them telling me it was going to be here, and it wasn't. But even they had a good reason for that, saying they had to ship it off to have it soldered, (*why wasn't I told that, rather than letting me think it would be here a certain day)* and then have to check to make sure the side diamond's were still okay! It's important to remember that they told my credit card company, that I had gotten the ring, and told them that I really liked it and was going to keep it! I have that message in hard copy. As far as I know, the ring may not even be in the package, and it could not even be the ring I originally ordered, or it could be in a million pieces, like I said, I haven't seen it!!! Today is March 19th, the ring may be here today, and I will update this review, and comment on the ring, as soon as I take it to a jeweler to see if it's what they claim it to be. I hope it's worth the 4500.00 I paid for it!!! To be continued....Today is May 24, 2015. Since I'm not one that wears my rings unless I go out, and then take them off as soon as I get home, it's taken my memory awhile to remember to take this ring to have it looked at. So after I had the ring confirmed, that is was a real diamond, the next week I seen one of the stones missing, so just had to pay an additional 210.00 to have that replaced, so now I'll wait and see how many more comes out....end of final review.
