DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered from this company 3 months ago and never received my items. Their website contact does not work, so I emailed them several times to say I had not received my order, I got one reply saying to wait a few more days and that my order was in transit. I then emailed again when I still had not got my order and they never replied. I found it strange at the beginning, that on my account on the website it said I had placed an order but never said that my order had been shipped with a tracking number, it just had a dash in that box. It is very annoying as I really wanted new shellac colours and wasted £100 on what I thought was a good deal. I wish I had checked reviews online before I ordered. I don’t understand how this company is still trading, the website should be shut down.

I placed an order received the wrong colour, some which I already have. I have been trying to contact them eventually they replied and said they will re send me the correct items, 3 months later I have still not received anything and they are not responding at all when I try to contact them. The order wasn’t cheaper either as I ordered a few things and their customer service is appalling, will not order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone!

No contactan con los que les compran, no mandan los pedidos, lo mejor es contactar con tu banco y pedir que hagan ellos las reclalmaciones respectivas para que se devuelva el dinero.

ATTENZIONE! Il pacco è arrivato, con calma ma è arrivato il dubbio è sull'AUTENTICITA' DEI PRODOTTI. In particolare Base e Top di CND Shellac, che non si comportano assolutamente come quelli utilizzati nei centri estetici, perdendo notevolmente di brillantezza. In più, nello stesso ordine, un top è eccessivamente liquido e l'altro top è così denso da rendere difficile l'applicazione. Ho il dubbio che i prodotti CND SHELLAC siano dei fake!!!

I have received my order from Beverly Beaute. Ordered 6 carefully selected OPI Gel colours. Received them last week only to find three of the colours are not those I chose. Added to which I received two of one colour which obviously I had only wanted one. I have emailed many times and also tried to contact them via their website. The website contact does not work and they do not even acknowledge my messages. I have only given them one star and not sure they deserve that. FYI my order value was £125 Would suggest that anyone thinking of ordered from Beverly Beaute - think again

Ho fatto ordine 27.novembre 2017 e dal 4.dicembre risulta spedito. Mai arrivato però! Mi dispiace di non aver letto le recensioni prima di acquistare!!! Alle email non rispondono! Mai più! Aggiornamento!!! Il mio ordine l'ho ricevuto il 26. febbraio 2018. Non avevo più speranze quindi è stata una sorpresa. Comunque non ordinerò più da questo sito visto la lunga attesa e comunicazione pessima con il venditore.

Alguien sabe como localizar a esta gente? Hice un pedido hace 3 semanas y email ni nada no hay forma de saber nada. Por favor si alguien me puede informar sobre como poder recuperar mi dinero se lo agradecería.

Ho acquistato 26/10/17 al sito beverlybeaute.com hanno scritto che la merce è' partita il giorno dopo ma il realtà non mi arrivava neinte , non rispondono a diversi mail che avevo scritto per sapere che fine ha fatto ordine . 24/11/17 improvvisamente arriva il pacco ma uno di tre articoli è' sbagliato ( colore diverso di smalto ) , questi mettono in vendita articoli che non hanno disponibili e dopo mandano quelli che hanno a loro scelta
