I was very happy with my product, service and delivery. I had a problem with one bottle I bought that it had a break in the glass which caused leaking, I emailed them and told them of this problem expecting them to say nothing they could do about it, they emailed me straight back and said to send a picture, I did this and they asked for me to send it back and I received a brand new one in its place. I have also emailed them with questions about products and they have been very helpful with their responses. would defiantly purchase again.

Just received another order from this site without any problems. The exchange rate charge added to the order is stated on the website. Would have given 5 stars as promptly processed and well packaged, the only down side is the time from order to delivery which can be 3 weeks but is not unusual when ordering from USA and outside Europe. Devo ritrattare la mia precedente critica, infatti oggi - dopo 18 gg di attesa - mi è arrivato il pacco da Beverlybeaute e sono soddisfatta: il contenuto è conforme a quanto richiesto. Si trattava solo di aver pazienza. Tutto bene.

I made two orders to Beverlybeaute and I'm satisfied with both. the products are fine and corresponded to what I expected. Just one notice: one have to know that has to wait some days, i.e. 2 or 3 weeks. thank you.
