The bathing suit quality is way below average. There is no way the top will fit anyone sized XS to L. I wear a 32DD and it doesn't cover ANYTHING. I am still waiting to be able to return the product. I have heard bad things about customer service and now I regret this. If I do not hear back, I plan to reach out to my credit card company to get a refund.

Their product claims to have 4-way flex stretch, is built to last, and gives you a tan-through finish. All false. For the best fit you actually need to size up as there is zero stretch. The straps on the top I got are so incredibly thin that if I was any bigger in the chest they’d just snap. Also tan-through? No. Not even close. I now have the exact same tan line I’d get with a regular swimsuit. For a $100 swimsuit I expected so much more. Oh and it turned my back black. Save your money. You can literally buy 3 regular swimsuits for that price and you still get the EXACT same tan. It was my first and last time wearing it.

Ordered in March, and now we are in June with still no bathing suit or refund to my account. They keep insisting it is a shipment failure, but I have had no issues with any other packages or companies. I have been patient and reached out to their customer service with replies to forward my request to their Support Team, but there have been 0 solutions. Save yourself time and money and try a different company.

If i could give it negative stars i would. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. First, the suits take forever to come but when they do, they’re absolutely terribly fitting. Somehow to “one size fits all” top is both too big and too small at the same time. There was no room in the cup for larger than an A cup, yet the part around the band was huge and would slip up at the slightest movement, exposing my entire chest. They make it known that you have to reach out to get return approval within 30 days or receiving it to return it. I reached out within 30 minutes because there was absolutely no chance this suit was actually wearable. What they don’t advertise is, if you happen to use a discount code at all (which of course i would on a $150 suit), they don’t let you return or get a refund. This business is a scam and they don’t take care of their customers at all. Run, do not walk, away from this site. I wish i had. Edit: to the response that i should email them and shouldn’t be surprised that i couldn’t return it: 1. I did email them, immediately after trying it on and was told sorry, nothing we can do. I then responded and was ignored after that. 2. The policy that it can’t be returned with a discount code should be in the RETURN POLICY SECTION. Not buried multiple paragraphs down. I stand by my review and the absolutely terrible product and business.

The shopping and accessibility of the suits was fine. The product is disappointing and I will be returning!

This company is a scam! I placed an order and the website was offering free items. I added them to my cart, it showed they were free then after ordering they charged me for these items. Now they won’t refund, return my emails or honor what the website said. Plus the swimsuits are ill-fitting and poorly made. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

I purchased two swimsuits on a promotional sale "Buy 2 for 3." I bought a two piece and one piece to try out. First, I went 10 days with not a single update on shipping or ETA. I reached out to cancel because I hadn't heard anything about a $282 order, They said they could not cancel because the item had shipped. I was fine with that now that I knew they were on the way. The swimsuits arrive and both are completely see through. This is where it gets ridiculous, I reached out to start a return because of this and they flat out refused because they deem promotional sales "As Final Sale." This is partially my fault for not reading the return policy in enough detail. Basically returns are at their discretion. After back and forth e-mails, they offered me a STORE CREDIT of 50% of my overall sale, so I can buy something else. They offer exactly two options in material, why would I buy something else when both I already bought can not be worn or returned.

I bought the flawless stretch in the light blue color. The fit is fine and it’s comfortable and I like how it looked except for one major problem…it’s SEE THROUGH! The website says it’s not see through but it is. At first, disappointing but okay fine, I’ll just exchange for the black and hope that one isn’t see through. The company absolutely refused to exchange the item. I didn’t want a refund, just an exchange. They kept refusing even after I told them you could see my nipples. After rounds of emails, they finally relented to a partial refund. I thought that was ridiculous. They could have lost no money if they would have just let me exchange it. I asked for a full refund and they still refused. So now I have a suit I can’t wear in public (I guess if I ever go to Europe I can wear it) and I’m still out $76 dollars. Do not buy from this brand. Terrible customer service.
