Ordered 3 items and one of which was advertised and NAMED as Tan Through. The Item was in fact not tan through. I contacted Customer Service and got told there was nothing I could do. I wanted a refund for the other 2 items purchased as I no longer trust their items.

I would love to be giving a review of the items I bought, but they have been in transit for 14 days now and there is no indication of when they will be delivered. The delivery company only says it is “in destination country” and has been so for 9 days now.

I ordered two items. The one piece is see through, you can easily see my nipples. I also bought a two piece and my breasts are basically pouring out of the top- even though I ordered the correct size (based on my bra size and their size chart). I emailed them the day I received my order in an attempt to make an exchange. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard back at all. Over $200 down the drain for two useless swimsuits. I wish zero stars were an option! Buyer beware!

I would not recommend ordering from BetterTan based on my experience. I placed an order and requested cancellation within 3 hours, well before the order shipped. Customer service initially responded and confirmed that cancellations were allowed within the first 24 hours, but after several follow-up emails I never received confirmation that my order had actually been canceled. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. Because BetterTan would not resolve the issue or communicate with me, I had to escalate the matter to my credit card issuer. After reviewing the documentation, my card issuer resolved the dispute in my favor. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and difficulty obtaining a simple cancellation have left me with little confidence in this company. I would recommend purchasing from a retailer with more reliable customer service and clearer policies.

Suits are not as pictured. Thinner straps before even putting on. Customer care is slow and terrible. They have to “approve” return. Which they just don’t. Unbelievable. Definitely not worth the risk.

Its been over 2 weeks, no tracking updates other than they created the label, still haven't received anything other than the run around from customer service and an email to review them for a free bikini. Have seen a few other complaints through the BBB since ordering as well. Ordered for our honeymoon and now won't have it in time, and these are expensive.

I like the seemingly cute modern swimsuits that offer quick dry technology. I have yet to try it as it’s still not delivered ( two weeks waiting). Will update after received or returned. I tried rejecting delivery but was told by the company I wouldn’t receive a refund without “authorization to return” which undoubtedly charges money to even be able to return it. And who knows if they give you your money. I may have to start a payment dispute! August 6- I emailed multiple times about deep customer dissatisfaction and the returns process still no reply despite this response from the bettertan swim company that is posted below my experience- why tell me you’re going to make the return process easy and when I reach out I get silence but your respond here? Where’s my refund?

Haven’t received swimsuit yet. I hope the shipping is just taking a long time and I’m not getting scammed. I might give it a couple more weeks and ask for a refund if I even reach a person.
