Rion was very personable and easy to talk too. He is an asset to your company. The gentleman in Sarasota who's name escapes me also very friendly and professional. Asked all the right questions. Everything was very transparent and the process was very streamlined. Even though I have been a restaurant owner for a long time and lots of success any new venture is treated as your first rodeo. It's nice to have a company that's willing to take a risk. You have to pay for that risk but that's to be expected.
