I have told everyone of their cold caller to remove me from their list which get me hung up on right away, i have played the game and answered the "4 required questions" to be forwarded to the "client" for review, and have asked repeatedly to be removed at that level. still getting calls. For anyone else having this problem, i highly recommend you type into search or a AI program something along the lines of "law firms/attorneys representing the plaintiffs in these Better Rise Capital TCPA cases" and call everyone of them with your call history up on your phone and say soemthing along the lines of "“I’m receiving roughly two unsolicited prerecorded business-financing calls per day from Better Rise Capital, from changing caller IDs, despite repeated do-not-call requests. I never requested financing or consented to the calls, and I have call logs/voicemails.” and see what your told, its now being handled in my case by a lawyer

Since late August, Better Rise Capital's operation has called me more than 28 times from more than 28 different phone numbers. My number has been on the National Do Not Call Registry since 2005. I never applied for anything with them and never gave consent. The voicemails are prerecorded scripts under rotating fake names ("Emily Stevens with the business credit issuance team," "Kiana Connor," "Emmy Schwartz," "Victoria, I just reviewed your business borrowing profile") and robotic "press 2" messages promising preapprovals of $215,000 to $350,000. Pressing 2 reaches an offshore call center that runs the same screening questions, then transfers you to a Better Rise Capital rep who confirms the company name and address and gives a number to "register." I have traced and recorded that full chain. When I told their rep to stop calling, he called me the N-word and multiple other slurs. Within minutes, the calls started again from new numbers, one after another. The gentleman that called me called me from four other numbers: - 774-223-6186 2089748630 7253565739 334778886 Federal law (the Telephone Consumer Protection Act) sets statutory damages of $500 per unlawful call, up to $1,500 per call when the violations are willful. Robocalls to cell phones without consent and calls to numbers on the Do Not Call Registry both qualify. Just advise and get a good reputation then people will call you! I don't get my local bank spam calling me and never have I or will I ever take a loan from anyone who calls me from information they bought from another company who has shitty business practices

Repeated, unsolicited cold calls from different numbers. This company refused to identify itself, and any questions about who they are or where they are licensed to lend money resulted in them hanging up. After asking them to remove me from their list, the calls continued from different numbers. I finally played the game and answered enough questions to be transferred to "Levy" who called me back on a separate number and identified the business as Better Rise Capital from "orange county" California. I asked him to remove me from the call list, and we will see where this goes or whether the spam calls continue tomorrow.

I get 8 to 10 calls a day from someone who says they represent this company. I will never do business with Better Rise because of their Robo Calling marketing. This is TOTAL SPAM!

Most of the calls are automatic hangups. This week I called back every number that contacted me and asked them to stop calling. Every time I reached someone, they identified themselves as “Business Loan Division.” They either hang up when I ask to be removed or tell me my number is being removed. Then, within hours, I receive another call from a different number. I have asked them repeatedly to stop. Search many of these phone numbers online and you will find other people reporting the same “Business Loan Division” calls as spam or scam-related. If this is happening to you, save your evidence. Keep screenshots of your call history, dates, times, numbers used, and notes of every time you ask them to stop. Depending on the facts, federal and state telemarketing laws can provide consumers with legal remedies and statutory damages. Not every unwanted call automatically qualifies, so speak with an attorney familiar with TCPA and telemarketing law. I am documenting every call from this point forward.

I have been spammed mercilessly by these characters. They imply in their solicitations that they have a credit file on your organization whereas in reality they are just trolling for suckers. Steer clear!!! Let me be more specific. Day after day, week after week, month after month I was repeatedly spammed. Always our file was under final review for approval with several hundred thousand of funding available the next day after a couple details were filled in. But often their funding allocation was almost gone so it was imperative to respond immediately. After months I took the call to find out who they were and report them to the authorities. There was no credit file and they had never heard of our organization. It was all just a scam to find suckers wanting high cost financing.
