Deception, dishonest, constantly calling to offer a business loan I never ask about then when I ask the name of the company I get told I can't have that information without answering their questions first then I can talk to someone I will inform me of that information if you're on the up and up why hide who you are?? Just advise and get a good reputation then people will call you! I don't get my local bank spam calling me and never have I or will I ever take a loan from anyone who calls me from information they bought from another company who has shitty business practices

Alexa was very professional and followed up as promised. Good communication and got the job done without a lot of red tape. I am a return customer so that should say a lot.

Repeated, unsolicited cold calls from different numbers. This company refused to identify itself, and any questions about who they are or where they are licensed to lend money resulted in them hanging up. After asking them to remove me from their list, the calls continued from different numbers. I finally played the game and answered enough questions to be transferred to "Levy" who called me back on a separate number and identified the business as Better Rise Capital from "orange county" California. I asked him to remove me from the call list, and we will see where this goes or whether the spam calls continue tomorrow.

I get 8 to 10 calls a day from someone who says they represent this company. I will never do business with Better Rise because of their Robo Calling marketing. This is TOTAL SPAM!
