Stop calling my house. For a month your company has completely ignored my repeated attempts to stop the phone calls, despite assurances from your staff and despite my home being on the do not call list.

They use a foreign third-party service to make calls. They have called me every day for over a month. They call at least four times a day, using different numbers each time. I have called three times and asked verbally to please be removed from calls, and they still call. I have called at least six times and chose the option to be removed from the call list. They still call. I have blocked at least 15 different numbers they call from, and they generate a new number. This is harassment at this point. I have reported them to the FTC. I suggest you start following the FTC rules when someone asks for their number to be removed. Update: the company reached out to me and I provided my numbers to take off their call list. I AM STILL GETTING CALLS! Second update 9-2-25- company contacted me and I gave them my numbers again to take off their call list. I AM STILL GETTING MULTIPLE CALLS A DAY. REPORTED TO THE FTC AGAIN.

They are out of control telemarketers and scammers. Stay far away from this company. They call me multiple times of the day under different numbers and different names. I have requested multiple time for them to stop calling.

I couldnt have asked for better customer service or transparency when dealing with something important as this. The company was clear from the start with was needed from me and then kept me updated every step of the way as they executed the funding process - which has helped my business tremendously. I loved how they outlined a plan and then made it happen. Thank you to the whole team!

They presented funding options in a clear, no-pressure way and ensured I understood every step. The process was quick and simple far more efficient than I imagined. I was approved and received funding in no time, which helped me move forward with confidence. I’ll definitely be turning to them again for future funding.

Good communication

We had a great experience with Better Rise Capital, specifically Brent. He was able to get us a loan that had a lower rate than his competitors, he explained the details to all the principals and kept in touch to let us know the status of funding. He followed up to make sure we received all the documentation and understood the future benefits of a relationship with Better Rise Capital. Overall, an efficient transaction, we would definitely use Better Rise Capital again.
