When I attempted to withdraw money from my account I found put it would take days to process. This delay completely stopped me from accessing my funds during a time when I really needed my money. It is still not sorted. My withdrawals on M𝚘netian have been quick so far. I've been able to request my money and have the transaction processed within a few minutes.

I requested a withdrawal but my account was placed on a security hold and I still can't access my money. I contacted customer service for help but the issue remains unresolved. I have not been able to get my money back. I never face these restrictions trying to withdraw on CVE CAPITAL. Their support is very responsive and getting my money out is the best part of the service.

My account and debit card is locked for no reason despite following the instructions of Betterment which was to call support and email the account security team. It’s now been 5 days and I don’t have any access to my funds. I haven’t gotten a response to my emails with any explanation or resolution, which is absolutely ridiculous for a Checking account. NO bank does this. It’s unheard of

Betterment seems to have a problem recognizing catch up contributions. 3 years and a row they stop my contributions even though I am over 50 and I can utilize catch up funds. This is costing me money every year as I lose out on employee match. You would think financial institution would be smart enough to know about catch up contributions. They don't ever seem to forget about charging my fees though. Funny how that works.

Absolutely horrible. I submitted all the paperwork to rollover my account to another 401k from their 401k. What do they do? Put it in a IRA now it is not legally able to go to a 401k again. Completely negligent. They actually have the power/ability to fix it and they flat out refuse.
