Very good and reliable software

BI is an excellent platform that helps our service recruit and manage volunteers who truly make a meaningful impact in the community. It’s user-friendly and packed with tools that support our daily work. We rely on it every day—and would absolutely recommend it.

The onboarding was excellent. We were pleased with the 30 minute call. Then we were able to use the chatbot with great success.

Better Impact has been very useful to let us track our volunteer signups and time worked. Additionally, when we wanted to run an analytics project on our data, the support team was helpful and pointed us in the right direction. We were able to export all 15 years of our data in a clean format and derive valuable insights. Thanks BI team!

We've been using Better Impact for four years and it is such a great tool for volunteer management. If you ever have a question, their online chat function is very convenient.

Better Impact is a great tool for managing volunteers—it’s very user-friendly and makes it easy to keep track of volunteer hours, schedules, and the various activities they're involved in. It’s been especially helpful for organizing shifts and ensuring everything runs smoothly. One small improvement I’d suggest is adding a few more options for tracking volunteer permits. Other than that, it’s a fantastic platform that really simplifies volunteer coordination. Highly recommend for any organization working with volunteers!

I've really enjoyed using Better Impact. One of the features I appreciate most is how easy it is to communicate with volunteers. Whether I need to send a quick message to an individual or reach out to everyone, the platform makes it simple. The ability to send bulk messages saves me a lot of time and ensures everyone stays informed. I also love the option to share reminders—it helps keep everyone on track and reduces no-shows. Overall, it's made coordinating and managing volunteers much more efficient.
