This site is awesome for offering the ability to create and sort volunteers based on interests or qualifications. It makes pairing people so much easier and its pretty quick to learn how to set up.

Incroyable cette plateforme de gestion des bénévoles, autant pour eux que pour nous. Nous sommes plus que satisfaits de la plateforme BetterImpact. Elle répond à tous nos besoins et même plus. Il est très facile de s'y retrouver. Nous avons aussi de bons commentaires de la part de nos bénévoles. J'aime particulièrement le fait que nous pouvons chatter en ligne lorsque nous avons des questions. Les réponses sont rapides aussi! Un merci spécial à Cameron Segger! :)

We have been using Better Impact for a few years now, though I keep learning more features and more aspects of it. It can do so much more than I realize and has honestly made the management of volunteers that much easier for both us and them. Thank you!

This software has made managing volunteers so much easier! The staff are always willing to help and they made the transition process very smooth and easy to follow. I never felt lost!

I've been using Better Impact over the past 6 years in a variety of volunteering organisations. What impresses me is the continued improvement of the software built on the needs of both volunteer managers and their volunteers. It continues to become more responsive, adding more functionality, but without complexity, which saves us time and allows us to better build cohesive and well-functioning volunteer teams.

Recently running my department's volunteer programme, I find Better Impact a simple yet broad and multipurpose way of recruiting and structuring our volunteer teams.

Better Impact continues to impress me with its versatility for our needs. Managing volunteers in a continuous capacity and significant seasonal events nationally. Each has complexities, requirements, and restrictions, and we have been able to work with this software. The online support by staff is greatly appreciated and efficient. The online resources are well-constructed and easy to follow, and the software is very user-friendly and easy to learn on the fly. There are always areas for improvement, and it would be nice to have updates to be more regular. It would also be great for more adaptability for the different regions (countries). SMS out-out versus the current op-in would be advantageous.
