Support is excellent! I've had several occasions to request support in my 8 years as an administrator. Each time, customer service reps were responsive and each issue was quickly resolved. Additionally, the ease with which I'm able to run reports and email volunteers is so helpful in managing the volunteers.

The software has cut down in a great deal of administrative busy work by allowing our volunteers to update their own contact information, to sign up for shifts they can make and eliminates our staff from managing lists in multiple spreadsheets. The ability to send out emails and have multiple admins see that communication also saves plenty of overhead time.

Better Impact is an invaluable tool when coordinating large numbers of volunteers who undertake differing roles. It allows scheduling of and communicating with volunteers easy and the reporting functions allow us to show the value of our work. There are lots of customisable options so it means you can really make it work for you.

We utilize this platform for our volunteers and employees. It has been an instrumental tool to help us organize our volunteer requirements and schedules. This system is user-friendly and can be learned quickly. Several of our volunteers are retirees who have an entry level understanding of computers.
