Still Waiting...I Would Avoid
My covid-19 day 2 test arrived, as expected, on day 2. I promptly took the test, followed the instructions and emailed the photo of my negative test along with proof of ID as per the instructions provided. 2 days later I'm still waiting for a response from Better2Know, having chased both contacts I have from this company, so far without a reply. I'm not holding my breath, nor am I hanging around waiting for a certificate to materialise - waste of time, money and space. This outfit should be removed from the Gov/NHS list of approved suppliers - I'll be following this up with them appropriately. Edit: Five months since I submitted my day 2 test evidence via email, as laid out in the instructions, Better2Know have now requested 'more information' via TrustPilot. Why should I now provide more information, it's pointless!! The day 2 test (which, in my case, was negative) was to show that you hadn't returned from overseas with covid, so what is the point in providing more information now, 5 months on?! And because I hadn't provided more information within the 3 day TrustPilot rule, Better2Know have attempted to flag my review (and have it removed) as unverified. I've since provided TrustPilot with the email trail between myself and Better2Know to demonstrate that I had in fact sent my day 2 test evidence to Better2Know (as instructed, to a contact at the company), followed by a chase-up email to the only other contact I had from the organisation the following day. That was November 3rd 2021 - it's now April 2022 and I've heard nothing from them except that they're now obviously attempting to have negative TrustPilot reviews removed where individuals are now unable to/can't be bothered to verify their reviews. How about an email of apology from Better2Know and an offer of a refund instead of trying to have negative (and in my case accurate) reviews discredited and removed? Still one star! Edit - September 27th 2022 Update! What a saga, they're still at it - they've circled back to this very accurate and honest review once again, requesting that I now remove any GDPR related and personal information from my review (I'd mentioned the first names of the 2 individuals, not that it matters to me). Happy to remove them ;-) The review still stands, absolute shower of a company and a shambles of an experience - and still no apology or refund!! The NHS are apparently investigating this and other complaints. Looking forward to the next attempt at discrediting a perfectly legitimate review and my right to free speech. AVOID!!!
