Unbelievable - this company has blatantly sold me a PCR test for Day 2 testing on arrival back from holiday which didn’t arrive until 5 days after my return. After several emails (ignored) and phone calls where I was hung up on and then cut off when I redialled I was informed I would not be able to get a refund as I had used the PIN number to enter the UK. The test had been dispatched on 3/12/21 even though it was ordered on 23/11/21 but they can offer no explanation as to why it wasn’t dispatched earlier to achieve the Day 2 testing date. The last person I spoke to said he would transfer me to a manager to discuss the situation - only to leave me sitting on the line for 10 minutes. They should definitely be removed from the government listing.

I booked a lateral flow test prior to departure to the US on the 17 November 2021. With the rules having now changed I want to change this to a pcr test. I have emailed better2know three times using the different contact options they offer as to how I can do this and have had no response. I am due to fly back the UK on the 6 December 2021 and need to get this sorted. Completing all the requirements need to fly during the pandemic is not straightforward and is quite stressful. The lack of response from this company just adds to this. My advice is do not use them.

My Day 2 test never arrived, and no refund was possible because "my PLF had already been issued". How on earth would I even enter the UK without a PLF? Talk about scams...

My day 2 test never arrived. Get the same response from "Louise " that it's on its way.. I returned on the 21st of November. Its now the 25th and no test. Avoid these scammers.

Avoid at all costs, spent £60 for three tests and still never received despite numerous emails advising they had been sent and would not give a refund despite me having to buy elsewhere to ensure we hit our day 2 testing date

Ordered the antigen test from Better2know prior to departure to Spain. Received an email confirming dispatch 2 days prior to returning. Nothing arrived to date and no response to emails! UPDATE: Finally got a response on day 5. Will send another test out right away. Now day 8 and 10 days from when first test was supposed to come out. What an absolute joke !!

Tests ordered, dispatch notice sent to us via email. 8 days later no tests have arrived. Chased and apparently new tests sent yesterday. Asked for expedited, sent 1st class (Useless as can't track). Avoid.

Bought Fit to Fly Lateral flow test. Got results with no name or passport number on it, so not valid for travel (done just over 30hrs before flight). Contacted company and was told that manager will get back to me as soon as she can. 3 days later and I am still waiting. Obviously had to do test in different place.
