We have just used Better2know for our PCR Covid tests for our holiday to Saint Lucia and can honestly say they have been fantastic. I can only recommend Better2Know in the warmest terms. The Priority test is very expensive, but the turn-around period was most impressive and the service dependable in an emergency. I needed a fast test result in order to be able to travel to Germany to attend a close family funeral. When Royal Mail's special delivery service proved utterly unreliable, resulting in my swab being delivered two days late, on the very morning of my journey, the Better2Know lab fast-tracked the test, and I received the result within eight hours, just in time for boarding my flight. This ensured that I could travel safely, without endangering anybody, and released me from the very substantial fear that I would have to go into quarantine on arrival and thus miss the funeral. Better2Know was in contact with me throughout.

Hello , I have done an test for Covid-19 with Better2know and I am very please to say they are very professional , ready to help for everything you need . To get the result on time you need to order the pack with five days before your flight ( Monday to Friday) , weekend is one day on top . Excellent customer service, tests sent and delivered very promptly with regular updates regarding our order process. We were expecting to wait 48 hours for the results within our 72 hour pre-flight window, but we have been very lucky to receive them the same day they received our samples! Clear instructions and very informative regarding the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use Better2Know again for Covid tests should it be required
